Welcome to CyberWash Mobile Car Detailing (“CyberWash”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description: CyberWash provides mobile car detailing services, including but not limited to exterior and interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other related services.
2. Service Area: Our services are available in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Bothell, and surrounding areas.

1. Booking: To book a service, you must provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, vehicle information, and service location. Booking is subject to availability.
2. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

1. Access to Vehicle: You must provide access to your vehicle and ensure there is adequate space for our team to perform the services.
2. Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before the appointment. CyberWash is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

1. Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Service Scope: Our services are limited to the tasks specified in the selected package and any agreed-upon add-ons. Any additional work will require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.
3. Vehicle Condition: CyberWash is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We will document any noticeable pre-existing damage before starting the service.
4. After-Service Care: CyberWash is not responsible for any damage or issues that occur after the service is completed, including but not limited to damage from environmental factors, misuse, or accidents.

1. Damage to Vehicle: CyberWash will take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged area, up to a maximum amount equal to the cost of the service provided.
2. Personal Injury: CyberWash is not liable for any personal injury sustained during the provision of our services, except where such injury is caused by our negligence.
3. Limitation of Liability: CyberWash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.

1. Service Guarantee: We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns.
2. Exclusions: Our guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from the misuse of the vehicle after the service.

1. Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing our services. This information is used solely for these purposes and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
2. Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

1. Force Majeure: CyberWash is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, or any other force majeure events.

CyberWash reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in King County, Washington.
